A Perfect Day - Saturday, 27th August, 2022

A lush view greeted me when I walked along the canal towpath this morning. I thought I'd share it with you.

The branches of the trees are heavy and overhang the water.

The bridges up ahead, and the tree trunks and leaves are reflected on the shining moving surface of the canal.

The sound of a wood pigeon cooing reverberates just above the path.

It feels good for the mind and soul to gaze on water and trees.
